Residents of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 142 (FBMUD 142) should be aware of the hydrant flushing and inspection that started today. This will go all week through the 7th of October as part of the annual maintenance schedule.
As part of this process, hydrants are flushed into the streets to clear the lines for inspection. Residents may experience minor pressure changes and/or colored water in their lines. This is normal and expected.
